We want you to be 100% happy with the jewellery you purchase from us. If the piece you receive is not right for any reason, we will give you a full refund (exclusive of shipping charges) in the form of a store credit - subject to Australian Consumer Law (2011).
To Receive a Refund or Credit:
You must notify us by email within 7 days of receiving the item.
Items must be returned fully insured for the price paid, in the same condition as dispatched and in the original packaging, without any alterations or damage and with the original paperwork/valuations.
Please include a copy of your sales receipt.
Once the item has been assessed and is confirmed to be in original condition, the return will be processed within 3 days of receipt – subject to a valid reason for the return. We will confirm receipt of the returned item(s) and completion of the credit, by email.
