We ask that all items of jewellery, be brought back to us every 6 months for inspection from your purchase date to make sure everything is in order. Like all items that experience general wear and tear, we are more than happy to inspect your pieces and let you know how you can further attain the longevity of your piece, which it deserves.
Along with our lifetime guarantee we provide independent, certified valuations by two of Australia's highest recognised valuers. If your piece is under $1,000 and you would like a valuation, please get in contact with us and we can organise this for you.
