I would like to design my own ring, can we collaborate?

A large portion of our clients have designed or remodelled their own rings. Get in contact with us and we can arrange a time to sit down with you and discuss exactly what you are looking for.

Our bespoke rings are all one-of-a-kind and there is no better way to receive a ring than when you have been a part of the designing process.

Are your diamonds graded?

Our pieces come with Gem Studies Laboratory certification which is the Australian equivalent to GIA certification. For new, bespoke pieces we only obtain GIA grading reports.

Are your diamonds conflict-free?

Most of our diamonds are old cut stones. Being mined and cut prior to the 1940s, you are guaranteed that your diamond is not funding any current conflict zones. Our modern diamonds are only sourced from diamond merchants that state they are conflict-free.

What is the best way to care for my jewellery?

Jewellery requires special care depending on the materials, condition, and construction of the piece. Basic care involves storing jewellery so that pieces do not touch and removing it before physical activity. For a quick clean, ask one of our friendly staff to use the jewellery cleaner that we have in store. Organic materials such as coral, jet and pearls must not be used in any type of cleaner. Please consult with us prior to use.

We are more than happy to provide you with more specific care recommendations for your piece so please contact us to get the best advise.

We also recommend checking the setting of your stones regularly, with special attention after a piece incurs impact. Please consult your salesperson for the best way to check the security of your stone. If you notice your stone is loose, bring your piece to the store as soon as possible for tightening.

We recommend bringing in your frequently worn gemstone jewellery every 6 months so our jeweller can inspect the security of the setting.
