If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase we will provide you with a refund (exclusive of shipping charges) in the form of a store credit – subject to application and the Australian Consumer Law (2011). 

To Receive a Refund or Credit

You must notify us by email within 7 days of receiving the item to request your return. 

Once the return has been approved, items must be returned fully insured for the price paid, in the same condition as dispatched and in the original packaging, without any alterations or damage and with original certification. 

Please include a copy of your sales receipt and any documentation that was provided with the sale. 

Once the item has been assessed and is confirmed to be in original condition, the return will be processed within 3 days of receipt – subject to a valid reason for the return. We will confirm receipt of the returned item(s) and completion of the credit, by email. 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.  


We guarantee all our products and will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email our customer service team.

Please choose wisely as goods purchased on lay-by can not be returned or exchanged. If you change your mind, a 20% re-stocking administration fee of the sale price is applicable.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a gift certificate to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.


To return your product, please email us. Once the return has been lodged with our team, you will receive instructions on to how to process your return. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be credited back to you on a case by case basis. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  

All items returned must be shipped with full insurance for the value of the item and a trackable shipping service to guarantee safe delivery and arrival.
