Pear Shape Ruby and Diamond Cluster Ring
Irene Byrne & CoFrom circa 1980s, we have this ruby and diamond cluster ring. The centre, pear shape ruby is 0.40ct claw set in 18Kct white gold, within a cluster of diamonds. The reverse tapered band is in 18ct yellow gold. This setting is traditionally referred to as a daisy cluster, but because of the pear shaped ruby and consequent setting o diamonds, this design plays more on the sacred geometry and snowflake vibe.
